GBP posts vs Local Services Ads: which one you are actually paying for
You already know your cost per lead from LSAs. That number makes the profile decision obvious.
For contractors and home-service businesses
Your crew already photographs every job. We turn those photos into branded posts on Google and social, published on a schedule, without you opening a marketing tool.

Kitchen, Manalapan
Cabinets in, tile Thursday.
Lic. #13VH00000000
How it works, drawn. Posts from real customer jobs go here once they are cleared for use.
The argument is different for a roofer than for a remodeler, so each trade gets its own page rather than a paragraph on this one.
You subcontract everything except marketing.
Kitchens, baths and whole-home, where the reveal is the pitch.
Hundreds of reviews, and a profile nobody has posted to since spring.
The profile decides who gets the emergency call.
Panels, EV chargers and the trust a license number buys.
Storm work, insurance jobs, and proof from the street.
The most photogenic work in the trades, posted by nobody.
A long build, a big number, and a homeowner who shares.
Before and after is not marketing here. It is the product.
A twelve-month build is twelve months of proof.
Not a fit: price-shopped work where the brand barely matters — junk removal, lot mowing, basic cleaning — and franchises, where the brand is not yours to build.
The part everyone else gets stuck on
Every done-for-you marketing service dies the same way: chasing the contractor for photos. We never have to. Your crew uploads jobsite photos to JobTread or a shared Drive folder as part of running the job. That is the raw material, and it arrives on its own.
The same photo they already take, in the tool you already use.
Sharp, well-lit, and showing work you want more of.
Your colors, your logo, your license number, your phone.
Your work first
You have seen the fake before-and-afters. So have your customers, and so has every homeowner deciding whether to trust a contractor online. Every post starts from a photograph your crew took, and the more you send us the more of your work goes out. Where a post needs something you have not given us — a background, a seasonal graphic — we make it, and it is generic by construction. We never generate a room and call it yours, never alter what was built, and never post a job that is not yours.
This is the rule the product is built around, not a promise in the footer.
Nothing to manage
You get a text before anything publishes. Reply if you want it stopped, ignore it if you do not. That is the whole interface. If you would rather see everything first, you can, but the default is that the work goes out and you get on with the job.
Compliant by default
Several states require a license number in contractor advertising, and it is the kind of thing that is easy to forget on a post made in a hurry. We composite it, along with your phone number, onto everything we publish.
What it costs
PostIQ sits in the range a contractor already spends on lead generation in a week. Against a single kitchen, or a handful of installs, it is not a decision that needs a spreadsheet. Pricing depends on which channels you need, so we quote it on the call.

One habit on day one, one set at the end, and a phone. That is the whole method.

Four options, with what each actually costs, for the owner running the business who has nobody running the marketing.
Questions
No. We read the photos your crew already uploads to JobTread, or a Google Drive folder you share with us. If neither exists, we will set the Drive folder up with you; it takes a few minutes.
Some of it, and never your work. Every picture of a job is a real photograph of your job; we add branding, text and layout, and we do not generate or alter the work itself. Where a post needs an image you have not sent us, we make one, and it is generic — a texture, a graphic, an illustration. It never stands in for a project you did, because the moment a homeowner catches a fabricated before-and-after, the trust is gone.
Answer some questions once, at the start, about the jobs you want more of. After that: nothing, unless you want to stop something. You get a text before posts go out.
An agency charges several thousand a month and still has to ask you for content. We do not have to ask, because the photos are already there, so the same category of output costs a fraction.
You see what went out, and the numbers underneath it: profile views, calls, direction requests. We would rather show you a number that moved slowly than tell you about brand awareness.
Tell us what you build and where. We will tell you what we would post, and what it would cost.
